Unlock your potential.
Tools we'll use in our journey together
Coaching tools in action: Immunity Mapping
Discover your immunities to change.
"I try so hard to lose weight, but it fails every time."

Replace "lose weight" with "get a promotion," "find a partner," "figure out what I what to do with my career," or a host of other things, and you've got a challenge.

Immunity Mapping is a technique we use to help you to unblock what's getting in your way. We all develop "immunities" over the course of our lives. Immunities, such as perfectionism, can serve us well. It can encourage us to produce high quality work that get us promoted. It can also get in our way - for example, making us spend so much time "getting it right" we sacrifice family time.
We'll work together through an exercise - developed by experts at Harvard Business School - to help you uncover and unblock these immunities and underlying assumptions, actions, and behaviors, so that we can unlock your best self.

The Keep the Change Coaching Frameworkâ“’
Keep the Change focuses on three basic tenants. Envisioning a more authentic, capable, empowered you, unblocking barriers to that vision, and creating real pathways forward.
1. Living the Future you Want.
What will we talk about first? Through use of discovery discussions, tools, and diving deep, we'll craft goals to unblock your best self. Our goals will be focused, achievable, and will "feel right" for you.
2. What's Getting in Your Way.
Our partnership will focus on co-creating pathways forward. But we'll hit some snags - and that's ok! That's where my leadership expertise comes in. We'll clearly define your roadblocks and determine the right mix of changing thinking (unblocking mental models, your immunities to change), leadership or technical expertise (utilizing assessments such as MBTI, EQi2.0, short assignments, and feedback), or social support you need to reach your goals.
3. A Real Plan to Get you There.
The rest of your partnership with me will be a flexible, action oriented journey of "testing" new ways to challenge your thinking, upskill you in any areas where you'll need more knowledge and expertise, and constantly iterating and creating different pathways every session, until we're where you want to be.
The Keep the Changeâ“’ Advantage
When we work together, I'll help you keep the change by bringing to the table:
13 years of corporate talent and leadership development experience at all levels. From early career professionals to c-level executives, I've seen it all.
A graduate degree in learning and change. Advanced coursework from a top university means that I have the knowledge, background, and resources to help you learn, change, and grow.
A focus on discovery. Often, we "know" what to do, or what needs to be done differently. Why don't we? A clear focus on the right "whys" will help you get to where you want to be.
Experience with real tools, assessments, and feedback. I'm certified in a variety of assessments that are used in the real world, including Myers Briggs and DisC (leadership and personality), EQi2.0 (emotional intelligence), Prosci Change Management (enacting and sustaining change), Dare to Lead (Brene Brown's leadership model).
A focus on design thinking to co-create your coaching journey. My approach, style, and coaching partnerships leverage design thinking concepts by focusing on seeing the big picture and creating small actions to get you to where you want to be. You are unique. Your coaching plan will be too.
